Melaka International Sports Festival 2026

The Melaka International Sports Festival 2026 brings together athletes of all ages for an exciting multi-sport celebration in the heart of Malaysia’s historic state. Held on 29–30 August 2026 at the iconic Encore Melaka, this festival lives up to its tagline, Where Sports Meets Heritage, offering a unique backdrop of Melaka’s UNESCO World Heritage surroundings for a truly memorable race experience.

The festival features three exciting disciplines: Triathlon, T13 Aquathlon, and Duathlon, each with multiple distance categories to suit everyone from young beginners to seasoned athletes. Triathlon categories include Super Sprint, Sprint, Standard, and Standard Relay, with age groups starting from 10 years old up to 60 and above. The T13 Aquathlon welcomes participants as young as U7 through the Kits category, making it a fantastic family event. Duathlon similarly caters to kids (U7 Kits) through to masters athletes (60 & above), with relay options available for male, female, and mixed teams.
