These terms apply to malaysiacyclist.com and to Malaysia Cyclist's accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube (together, "Malaysia Cyclist"). By using them you agree to these terms. Malaysia Cyclist is run by Juan Carlos Alonso from Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

Event information

Event listings, fees, routes and dates are collected from organisers' own websites and social media and may change without notice. We are not the organiser of the events we list, unless we say so. Always confirm details, and register, directly with the organiser.

Results

Race results are reproduced from official timing providers for convenience. The organiser's or timing provider's published results are the authoritative version. To have your result corrected or removed, see our Privacy Policy.

Routes, guides and ride data

Routes, GPX files, guides and the telemetry shown in our videos are shared for information only. Road conditions change, and you ride at your own risk. Follow traffic laws, ride within your ability and check conditions before you go.

Our content

Our videos, text, graphics and data overlays are owned by Malaysia Cyclist unless credited otherwise. Photographs by third-party photographers are used with permission and credited. You may share links to our pages and posts and embed our videos using the platforms' own sharing tools. Please do not re-upload or sell our content without permission.

Social media

We publish our own content to our own social media accounts using each platform's official tools and APIs. Your use of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube is also subject to those platforms' terms.

Our publishing tools use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Links to other sites

We link to organisers, registration platforms and partner businesses. We are not responsible for their content, services or practices.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Malaysia Cyclist is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, our videos or any information we publish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
